胃肠道超声造影应用于普查中的可行性研究

The Feasibility Study on Ultrasonic Contrastin Digestive Tumors Diagnosis Tract Applying to High Risk Group

目的 探索胃肠道肿瘤简单、有效、各年龄人群广泛适用的检查手段。方法 选择2013年3~12月我院门诊上腹不适患者行常规超声检查,疑有胃十二指肠病变患者行胃肠超声造影检查,分析病变特征并与胃镜及病理结果 对照比较。结果 于205例中,发现胃十二指肠肿瘤21例,发病率10.2%,与病理结果 比较符合率93%。结论 消化道超声造影在胃肠肿瘤普查中不仅有很高的诊断价值,而且是首诊发现肿瘤最有效的检查手段。

Objective In order to explore a simple, effective, all - aged means for diagnosis Gastrointestinal tumor （GIST）. Method When we are taking the routine examinations to patients form Mar to Dec in 2013 who suffer from the abdominl discomfort, we take the ultrasonic contrast diagnosis to the patients with suspected gastroduodenal pathological changes and then we compare between the characteristics of pathological changes and the resultof gastroscope and pathological examination. Result In 205 cases of samples, there are 21 cases of GIST of 10.2 % incidence rate and the operation and pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 93 %. Conclusion Ultrasonic contrast in digestivetrat of GIST not only has high diagnostic value and also is the most effective means to find tumor at the first diagnosis.
