参附注射液在大面积深度烧伤休克期的应用

Application of Shenfu Injection on Large Deep Burn Stage

目的 探讨参附注射液在大面积深度烧伤治疗中的确切疗效。方法 将266例50%~90%以上的重度特重度烧伤患者随机分为常规治疗组132例及参附注射液治疗组134例。参附治疗组入院当天每日静脉滴注参附注射液30~50 ml,Bid,连续应用14 d,期间与常规治疗组同时采血,进行心肌酶、血压、血液动力学及尿量监测。结果 参附组血压、尿量及血液动力学较稳定,减少了心、肺、肾等重要器官并发症的发生,使患者平稳度过休克期,降低了并发症和死亡率。结论 在大面积深度烧伤病人休克期应用参附注射液治疗,疗效确切,可回阳救逆,益气固脱,加强心、利尿、稳压,改善肺通气,增加心输出量,改善微循环,防止再灌注损伤,保护脏器功能,对患者平稳渡过休克期,减少并发症有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of large area deep burn of exact curative effect. Methods 266 cases of 50 % --90 % or more severe burn patients were randomly divided into routine treatment group132 cases and Shenfu injection treatment group of 134 cases. Effect of Shenfu therapy group on the day of admission, daily intravenous injection of 30- 50 ml, Bid, continuous application for 14 days during, and simultaneous blood sampling, myocardial enzyme, blood pressure, blood and urine volume monitoring. Results The Shenfu group of blood pressure, urine output and hemodynamic stability, reduce the heart, lung, kidney and other organ complications, so that patients spend shock stage, reduce complications and mortality. Conclusion Shenfu injection can restore Yang from collapse, Yiqi fixation, to strengthen the heart, diuresis, regulated, and improve the lung ventilation, increased cardiac output, improve microcirculation, preventing reperfusion injury, protection of organ function in patients during shock stage, smooth ride, reduced, it has important significance.
