应用血管回声跟踪技术对2型糖尿病患者月国动脉硬化的评价

摘要 目的应用血管回声跟踪技术评价2型糖尿病患者月国动脉早期硬化。方法 50例2型糖尿病患者和50例健康者(对照组),以上对象均已行双侧月国动脉常规高频超声检查排除内中膜增厚及斑块形成,应用血管回声跟踪技术检测其血管弹性指标:僵硬度(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速(PWVβ),膨大指数(AI),比较各组月国动脉血管弹性改变。结果糖尿病组与健康对照组相比较,β、Ep、PWVβ、AI值增高(P<0.05),AC值降低(P<0.05)。结论血管回声跟踪技术能够评价下肢动脉早期硬化。 Objective To apply echo tracking in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods technique in the evaluation of early popliteal artery sclerosis Fifty healthy subjects (control group) and fifty T2DM patients were enrolled in this study. All objects of study had been checked by conventional high - frequency ultrasound to rule out intima - media thickening and the formation of plaque, and the echo tracking technique was used to test arterial elasticity parameters, including pressure strain elastic modulus(Ep), arterial stiffness(13), ar- terial compliance(AC), pulse wave conducting velocity(PWV^I) and argumentation index(AI). Results Com- pared with the control group, the 13, Ep, PWVI8 and AI were higher significantly in the T2DM group ( P 〈 0.05), AC was lower significantly in the T2DM group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions E- Tracking imaging technology which can be used to evaluate early lower extremity artery sclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
