气相色谱法测定织物涂层中甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺的含量

Testing the Content of Toluene and Dimethylfomamide in Coating Agent for Fabric by GC

针对国内目前没有织物涂层胶中甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺的检测方法,本文研究了采用外标法定量测定织物涂层胶中甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺的气相色谱法。通过采用乙醚作为涂层胶的溶剂,制定甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺浓度与峰面积的标准曲线,分别对聚丙烯酸酯(PA)和聚氨酯(PU)涂层胶样品中甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺进行测定,结果表明相对标准偏差均在5%以下,加标回收率在90%以上,采用该方法测定织物涂层胶中甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺含量是可信的。

There is in the absence of the method of testing the content of toluene and DMF in coating agent for fabric inland at present. Using the external standard method by GC to testing the content of toluene and DMF in coating agent for fabric in this article. Through the use of ether as the solvent of PA and PU,test the content of toluene and DMF by the standard curve of toluene and DMF concentration and peak area. The results show that the relative standard deviation is below 5%,the recovery in morn than 90%. The method is credible to test the content of toluene and DMF in coating agent for fabric.
