摘要
介绍了VG PrimaδB型质谱仪的电源系统、真空系统、通讯系统的结构构成及其在质谱工作中的作用。分析质谱仪常见故障,并提出科学有效的处理方法。
In this paper introduced the Power Systems, vacuum system Communication system of the VG PrimaδB and its important role in mass spectrometry. The failures of Mass Spectrometers are analyzed , scientific and effective treatment methods and suggestions are proposed.
