摘要
为建立抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的糖皮质激素含量测定方法,采用高效液相色谱法,用超高效液相柱Poroshell 120 ECC18(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)分别检测,以乙腈、水混合体系为流动相,流速为0.3 m L·min^-1,柱温25℃,检测波长为240 nm。各化学成分在相应的浓度范围内与其对应峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999。方法平均回收率分别为97.3%-106.9%,RSD为1.37%-5.98%。本法简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度、准确度高,可用于抗风湿类中成药非法添加糖皮质激素的定性定量方法。
To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ten glucocorticoids illegally added in antirheumatic traditional chinese medicine. The analysis was used with a Poroshell 120 EC- C18(2. 1 mm × 100 mm,2. 7μm) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile- water by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 3 m L·min^- 1and column temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. The calibration curve was linear within the range of corresponding concentration. The correlation coefficients were above 0. 999. The average recoveries were 97. 3% - 106. 9%,RSD was 1. 37% - 5. 98%. The method is simple and fast. The precision and accuracy is good. The seperation is very well. The method can be used as the qualitative and quantitative method for determination of glucocorticoids illegally added in antirheumatic traditional Chinese medicine.
