摘要
碳酸二苯酯装置是聚碳酸酯项目的核心装置之一,文章从工艺路线及流程、设备选型、设备布置及管道规划和自控等方面介绍了非光气法10万t/a碳酸二苯酯装置的工艺技术和工程实践情况。
The Diphenyl Carbonate Plant is one of the core plants of Polycarbonate project. In this paper,a discussion on the various aspects of the process technology and engineering practice for a 100 kt/a Diphenyl Carbonate Plant was carried out,covering process route and flow,equipment,plot plan,piping and instrument,etc.
