充分利用师生资源提高英语教学质量

Make Full Use of Resources to Improve the Quality of English Teaching between Teachers and Students

21世纪是知识经济时代。在这个竞争日趋激烈,就业压力日趋增大的时代,教学质量的高低直接影响着一个学校的成功与否,因此"以质取胜"便成为了一个学校立于不败之地的法宝。毫无疑问,教学是由教师的教与学生的学共同组成的一种双边活动,但是在实际的英语教学过程中,很多教师只是为了教课本,完成教学任务而教,并不注重学生综合能力的培养;此外,大部分学生也只是为了应付考试而学习,并不注重自身的全面发展,如此下去,教学质量的提高就会面临巨大的挑战。之所以会出现这种情况,主要是因为教师与学生都没有充分利用好现有资源,而现有资源牵涉到方方面面,如教师资源,学生资源,课程资源,网络资源等。本论文主要针对应如何充分利用师生资源展开论述,以达到提高英语教学质量的目的。

The twenty-first century is the era of knowledge economy. In the increasingly fierce competition, the employment pressure is increasing age. Teaching quality directly affects the success of a school, so the ＂quality＂ has become a magic weapon for schools to remain invincible. There is no doubt that teaching is a bilateral activity consisting of teachers＇ teaching and students＇ learning, but in the English teaching process, many teachers just teach the textbook to complete the task of teaching and education. They do not pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of students. In addition, most of the students only for tests and learning do not pay attention to their own comprehensive development and improving the quality of teaching will face enormous challenges. It is mainly because the teachers and the students don＇t make full use of the existing resources and the available resources which involve all aspects, such as teacher resources, student resources, curriculum resources, net resources and so on.In this paper, how to make full use of the resources of teachers and students should be discussed in order to improve the quality of English teaching.
