教育学专业蒙语汉授大学生厌学现象的学校教育因素及改革思考

蒙语汉授生是一个特殊的大学生群体。跟其他大学生群体一样,其主要任务也是学习。但目前这一群体出现了严重的厌学问题,他们的厌学现象甚至像流行病一样蔓延于大学的校园。具体表现在学习不主动、盲目学习,对专业课不感兴趣,甚至根本不学习。如果不解决这一问题会带来损害学校形象,人才质量下滑等诸多负面影响。其根源有学校、学院的专业意识培养,人才培养模式,教育学专业本身的局限,部分任课教师的教学能力等学校教育因素有关。要破解厌学这一难题必须通过学校教育改革,培养蒙语汉授生的专业学习意识、专业情感、专业兴趣和态度等。

Mongolia minority students Chinese teaching is a special group of College students.Like other groups of college students,they are learning,researching and studying in different professional university.Its main task is to study.But now this group appears a serious problem of weariness,which even like epidemics spread in university campus.The specific performance of the blindness of learning is not active,not interested in professional class,and students even don＇t learn anything.If the problem that may damage the image of the school does not solve,it will lead to talent quality decline and many other negative effects.The roots of the problem may relates with school,college of professional awareness training,personnel training mode,the education of professional limitation,some teachers＇ teaching ability in school education factors.To resolve this problem weariness we must through school education reform,the cultivation of college students in Mongolia nationality Chinese teaching professional learning consciousness,professional emotion,professional interest and attitude etc.
