法治精神与大学生法治教育问题初探

On The Spirit of the Rule of Law and the Legal Education of University Students

随着我国依法治国概念的提出,社会主义法治的不断完善,法律对社会生活的影响日渐加强,社会主义法治理念已经形成并初步树立。然而,要实现整个国家真正的法治,依旧任重而道远。加强大学生的法治教育是现代法治社会发展的必然趋势,也是法治国家的必然要求。大学教育中法治精神的培养是一个十分复杂的系统工程,要与社会各个方面相结合才能发挥其完整的教育功能。本文对当前大学生的法治教育存在的问题进行分析,探索加强法治精神教育基础上的大学生法治教育途径。然而目前对大学生法治教育的研究依然存在不足,笔者希望通过结合大学生法治精神的培养对大学生法治教育整体框架及其运行进行研究,为新时期大学生法治教育的深入提供新的思路和参考。

Improve management of the concept of state law,socialist legal system has greatly improved in recent years,the influence of the law for the state become more and more important,and the concept of the socialist rule of law has been formed and set up initially.Although many work has been done,there is a long way to run that makes perfect legal system.To strengthen the rule of law education for university students is an inevitable trend as well as requirement of the country under the rule of law.The cultivation of the conception of law in university education is complex system engineering,and can perform its function in a completed education only by combining with each social aspect.In this paper,based on the study of the effectiveness of the universities legal education,and legal education on issues of current university students conducted a detailed analysis,which aims at strengthening the spirit of the rule of law to reinforce the legal education for university students.Considering many deficiency in present research,1would like to put forward some thinking and suggestions to deeply research legal education for university students by my study on the spirit of the rule of law and the overall framework and the way of the legal education of university students.
