摘要
50 0kV变电站自动化系统的实施过程中存在一些不同认识 ,根据多年的研究和工程经验 ,对实施中的若干问题进行了讨论。主要对 5 0 0kV变电站计算机监控系统的网络结构 ,控制方式、抗干扰、与继电保护的接口、防误操作联锁及维护功能等实施中的关键问题进行了分析和比较。结合已经和将要运行的 5 0 0kV变电站计算机监控系统的实施和运行实践 ,认为在网络结构上宜遵守IEC的站级和间隔级的规范 ,在功能上应强化间隔级的测控、联锁 ,适当弱化后台系统的规模。考虑到 5 0 0kV站的重要性 ,建议采用中外结合方式提高整个系统的性价比。
Regarding to different understandings in the implementation of 500 kV substation automation system and according to the experience obtained in the research and engineering for years,some key topics are discussed here.The network structure,control mode,anti interference,interfaces to protection devices, interlocking and maintenance functions are mainly analyzed and compared.With the practices of some 500 kV substation computer control and monitoring systems,it is considered that the network structure should observe the regulations recommended by IEC for station and bay level.The measuring,control and interlocking at bay level should be functionally enhanced and the scale of background system properly weakened.Considering the imporance of 500 kV substation, an integrated system with imported and local devices is suggested to improve the performance price ratio.
