我国企业驱动型专利池创新效应实证研究

Empirical Study on Innovation Effect of Chinese Enterprise-Driven-Patent Pool

在高科技产业市场竞争中,专利池发挥着越来越重要的作用。其中,以行业领先企业为主导建立的专利池被称为企业驱动型专利池。总结了我国现有企业驱动型专利池的特点与形成模式。根据现有的4个成熟的企业驱动型专利池共计7 000余个专利数据,运用负二项回归模型分析研究了企业驱动型专利池对本行业创新效应的影响,提出了企业驱动型专利池在行业技术发展不同阶段的积极效应、运营机制的内在缺陷及优化途径。

In the high-tech industry of market competition, patent pool has played a more important role than before. Which been established by leading enterprises as the leading patent pool is referred to as enterprise-driven-patent pool, this paper summarizes the characteristics and formation model of existing in our country enterprise-driven-patent pool. According the data to four existing mature patent pools including more than 7 000 patents, this paper analyzed the negative binomial regression model driven this industry innovation effect of patent pool, put forward the enterprise driven patent pool at different stages of industry technology development has a positive effect and operation mechanism of internal defects and the basic way to optimize.
