为适应电力系统继电保护和自动化装置不断发展的需要 ,提出组合式电流连接器的适用性和灵活性 ,从产品基本工作原理到每组端子中关键零件的定位夹紧进行了详细的阐述 ,通过大量的图例描述了插头和插座在插拔时的变形趋势、定位方式 ,以及为减小产品体积 ,提高刚性而采取的一系列工艺措施。论述了弹性工作元件在热处理方面的改进工艺 ,最后介绍了产品的性能试验和主要的试验项目 。
In order to meet the unceasing development need of protection and automation devices in electric power system,the applicability and flexibility of modular current linker are proposed.From its basic working principle to the orientation and clamping of the key components in terminal group,a detailed description is given.Many legends are used to expilain the distortion tendency and orientation mode of the plug and socket during plugging and drawing,several technical measures are adopted to reduce the size and enhance the rigidity of products,and the improved technology of heat treatment for elastic components is taken.The product performance test and its main test items are introduced,which verifies that the technical data have reached the relative state standards.
