PFNA-Ⅱ治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折33例分析被引量：5

摘要目的探讨采用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗老年高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 2010年1月至2013年12月,采用PFNA-Ⅱ对33例80岁以上高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者行闭合复位内固定术治疗,术后随访并评价髋关节功能恢复情况。结果本组患者随访6~24个月,复查X线片示骨折全部愈合,未出现断钉、股骨头切割、主钉远端股骨干骨折等;髋关节功能评定优良率达到87.9%。结论 PFNA-Ⅱ治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,创伤小、固定可靠、手术操作方便。
