复方活血液涂擦结合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察复方活血液涂擦结合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将70例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例;治疗组给予复方活血液涂擦结合甲钴胺片口服治疗,对照组单纯口服甲钴胺片治疗,疗程8周。观察两组临床疗效和周围神经传导速度变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.24%,对照组为45.71%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组腓总神经、腓肠神经传导速度加快(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组腓肠神经传导速度显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方活血液涂擦结合甲钴胺片治疗DPN可提高临床疗效和周围神经传导速度。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Fufang Huoxue Liquids"( FFHXL) and mecobalamin treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN).Methods Seventy cases with DPN were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with FFHXL and Mecobalamin Tablets,and the control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets,with the course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and changes of peripheral nerve conduction velocity were observed. Results The total effective rate was 88. 24% in the treatment group and 45. 71% in the control group; there was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups( P〈 0. 05). After treatment,the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and sural nerve were accelerated( P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01),and the conduction velocity of sural nerve in the treatment group was faster than that of the control group( P〈 0. 05).Conclusion Combined FFHXL and Mecobalamin Tablets can improve clinical efficacy and peripheral nerve conduction velocity for DPN.
