考虑风电消纳的电力系统源荷协调多目标优化方法 被引量:166

摘要 随着风电的快速发展,其出力的随机性和间歇性导致常规电源的调节压力不断增大,传统的调度运行方式已经不能满足大规模风电的送出需求。该文将具有可调节特性的高载能负荷作为消纳风电的重要手段,与常规电源共同参与电网的优化调度,形成源荷协调优化运行的调度模式。在深入研究源荷协调运行特性的基础上,综合考虑源荷协调对风电消纳和系统运行的影响,以风电消纳电量最大和系统运行成本最小为目标建立源荷协调多目标优化模型,并采用多目标差分算法对模型进行求解。以甘肃电网为实例进行仿真说明,验证了所提方法能够有效降低系统运行成本,提高风电消纳水平。 With rapid development of wind power, the randomness and intermittence characteristics of its output increased the regulation pressure of conventional power continuously, which caused the traditional dispatching operation mode of power system being difficult to satisfy the sending demand of large-scale wind power. This paper used the high energy load as an important means of wind power accommodation, which can participate in optimal scheduling with conventional power together, and proposed a new scheduling mode based on source-load coordinate optimal operation. Taking the effects of source-load coordinate operation on wind power accommodation and operation economic into account, a multi-objective optimal model was established which the objective functions are both the maximum capacity of wind power accommodation and the minimum system operation costs in this paper, and the multi-objective differential evolution optimization algorithm was used to solve this model. The results of actual calculation example indicated the effectiveness of this method, which can reduce system operation costs effectively, and improve wind power utilization.
