MRI在FIGO(2009)子宫内膜癌术前分期中的应用

Application of MRI in preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma in FIGO(2009)

目的探讨MRI检查在FIGO(2009)子宫内膜癌术前分期中的应用。方法收集2011年1月至2014年3月在海南省人民医院行手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者52例,所有患者术前均行MRI检查,将MRI术前临床分期结果与术后病理分期结果对比。结果 MRI诊断子宫内膜癌的准确率为84.6%(44/52),诊断Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌的准确率为95.2%(40/42),诊断Ⅱ期及以上子宫内膜癌的准确率为80.0%(8/10)。结论 MRI对分析子宫内膜癌临床分期有较高的准确度,可用于指导手术方式的选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the pelvic MRI in the preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma in FIGO（2009） and in the selection of the surgical method. Methods Fifty-two patients with endometrial carcinoma were collected from January 2011 to March 2014 from Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics in People＇s Hospital of Hainan Province. All patients had performed the pelvic MRI examination before operation. The results of MRI preoperative clinical staging were compared with that of postoperative pathological staging. Results The accuracy of MRI was 84.6%（44/52） in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma, 95.2%（40/42） in the diagnosis of stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma, and 80%（8/10） in the diagnosis of stage Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma and above. Conclusion MRI has high diagnostic accuracy in the evaluation of endometrial carcinoma preoperative staging, and can be used to guide the choice of operation method.
