多体力活动的健康生活方式的研究,为城市规划与设计提供了一个解决相关慢性疾病的重要途径。论文从社会生态模型理论研究出发,从个人、家庭和社会主观因素,物质环境因素,生态环境因素三方面,对体力活动和相关环境作用机制进行了初步探讨。

Physical activity of a healthy lifestyle study provides a solution to obesity and related chronic diseases for the urban planning and design. On the basis of the social ecological model theory, this paper preliminarily discusses the effect on physical activity and related environmental mechanism, from the individual, family and society subjective factors, the physical environment, ecological environment three factors.
