摘要
分析了采用同步整流技术的变换器在软启动阶段和轻载条件下的能量双向流动带来的危害,并简述了业界现有的一些解决方案和其不足,提出了一种利用磁饱和原理控制的新方案,最后通过仿真数据验证了新方案的可行性。
Converters using synchronous rectification technology have bi-directional energy flow under soft-start and light load conditions which will bring damage to converters. This problem is firstly analyzed in this article, and the existing industrial solutions and their shortcomings are also briefly described. A new scheme using the theory of magnetic saturation is proposed to solve the problem, and the feasibility of it is verified by simulation data.
