穿孔艾美耳球虫、点滴复膜酵母与兔腹泻的关系 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨穿孔艾美耳球虫、点滴复膜酵母与兔腹泻病的关系,用实验室分离到的穿孔艾美耳球虫和点滴复膜酵母分别进行了动物感染试验。试验兔在接种穿孔艾美耳球虫后第4~6天,明显出现饮水、食料和排粪量减少,其中第3组在接种后第12~14天出现了腹泻和死亡,腹泻率为50%,死亡率为25%;而试验兔在接种点滴复膜酵母后表现正常,无腹泻和死亡现象。试验结果表明,穿孔艾美耳球虫具有致病性,是导致兔腹泻的重要病原之一,而点滴复膜酵母不具有致病性,非兔腹泻病原。 In order to study the relations of Eimeria perforans and Cyniclomyces guttulatus to diarrhea of rabbit.C. guttulatus and E.perforans isolated by our research team were used to infect experimental rabbits, respectively.Be-tween 4 to 6 days after the inoculation with E.perforans, drinking, food intake and feaces excretion were obviously decreased in the inoculated rabbits.And diarrhea and death were found between 12 to 14 days after the inoculation in the third group, the diarrhea and death rate were 50%and 25%, respectively.After the inoculation with C.guttula-tus, neither diarrhea nor death was found.Thus, E.perforans is pathogenic and one of important pathogenies to the diarrhea of rabbit, and C.guttulatus is non-pathogenic to the diarrhea of rabbit.
