摘要
利用植物茎秆机械强度测定仪对76个芍药主栽品种花茎机械强度进行了测定,并通过动态聚类的方法按花茎机械强度差异将其分成三类,即高机械强度类、中等机械强度类和低机械强度类,它们的变异范围分别是11.9~21.3,8.5~14.2,2.8~9.7 N,品种数分别为14,40,22个,符合正态分布。各类型间茎粗和茎重差异达极显著水平,花重达显著水平,茎长差异不显著。相关分析表明,花茎机械强度与茎粗、茎重呈显著正相关,与低机械强度类品种的花重呈显著负相关。
Mechanical strength of inflorescence stems within seventy-six herbaceous peony(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.) varieties were measured by mechanical strength tester determinator of plant stem, and the varieties were divided into three categories by stem mechanical strength using the method of dynamic clustering in this study, namely high me-chanical strength, medium mechanical strength and low mechanical strength, and the variation range of the categories was11.9~21.3,8.5~14.2,2.8~9.7 N, respectively, the number was 14,40,22, respectively, conforming to nor-mal distribution.The difference in stem diameter and stem weight were extremely significant among each type.The difference in flower weight was significant, but the difference in stem length was not significant.Correlation analysis showed that the stem mechanical strength was significantly positive correlated with stem diameter and stem weight, and the flower weight of low mechanical strength cultivars was significantly negative correlated with the stem mechani-cal strength.
