摘要 对于复杂型面冲压零件的回弹控制,工程应用中需进行大量修模,效率不高。在"基于补偿因子的复杂型面零件冲压回弹控制研究与应用(第Ⅰ部分:理论)"的基础上,提出一种基于补偿因子的模面修正方法。该方法从补偿因子和复杂型面冲压零件回弹的特点出发,在零件型面中将回弹分成不同的区域,提取特征截面,在截面的不同区域根据其成形的弯曲半径、角度等参数实施不同的补偿因子,并将补偿后的截面数据进行曲面重构,生成修模面。螺旋叶片的修模结果表明,补偿因子是一种有效的回弹控制方法,能够提高复杂型面冲压零件的回弹修模效率。 For springback control of punching parts with complex surfaces, the mold surface modification was greatly used withlow efficiency in engineering applications. In order to improve the efficiency, the compensation factors were studied in "Theoreti-cal analysis and application research on compensation factors of sheet metal stamping springback ( I : Theory)", and a mold sur-face modification method was proposed based on compensation factors. From the characteristics of the compensation factors andthe springbaek of punching parts with complex surfaces, the characterized sections were drawn from parts surfaces and divided in-to different areas. Different compensation factors were provided according to different parameters like bending radius, angle,etc. in different areas of the sections. Finally, the surface was reconstructed by the sections after compensation to generate themold modification surface. The modification results of helical blade show that the compensation factor is an effective method ofspringback control which can improve the efficiency of the mold modification for the springbaek of parts with complex surfaces.
