摘要 针对航修企业导管"多数模、小批量"的特殊生产模式,为实现导管数字模型到数控弯管机加工文件的快速生成与传递,文章基于LabVIEW通用软件平台,依托现有设备平台,对数控弯管数模到加工文件转换系统进行研究,开发了一套数控弯管智能辅助平台。该平台可实现从逆向建模数据到弯管机加工数据的快速转换,并可满足弯管过程自动回弹补偿、工艺参数自动匹配等核心技术需求,为航修企业全面推广应用数控弯管技术奠定了基础。 According to the special production pattern of "numerous digital models, little products" in aircraft repair enterprise,how to quickly generate the tube digital models and transfer them to processing file of NC tube bending machine has become oneurgent problem for promoting NC tube bending application in aircraft repair enterprise. Basing on the common software platformLabVIEW, relying on the existing equipment platform, this paper studied the file conversion system and developed an intelligentauxiliary platform for NC tube bending. This platform can achieve not only rapid conversion from digital model to NC machiningfile, but also automatic springback compensation and process parameters automatic matching in bending process. All these effortslaid the foundation for the wide application of NC bending technology in aircraft repair enterprise.
