阐述了上海的公共建筑节能从法律法规、政策文件、标准指南到专业服务均具备了产业发展的规模。重点介绍了符合上海所处气候区特点的多项建筑节能适用技术的应用情况及节能效益分析。
This article elaborated the Shanghai public building energy saving has gained industrial development scale from the laws and regulations, policy documents, standard guideline to professional services areas. Mainly it introduced application and energy saving benefits analysis of several applicable building energy-saving technologies in line with Shanghai climate characteristics.
