现代化大农业背景下黑龙江垦区粮食物流发展问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Grain Logistics in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area under the Background of Modern Agriculture

黑龙江垦区粮食物流高效运作是加快现代化大农业发展的关键因素。分析了现代化大农业背景下黑龙江垦区粮食物流的特点,找出了垦区现代粮食物流存在的管理模式过于陈旧,专业人才缺乏,物流资源缺乏有效整合,一体化程度低等主要问题;给出了现代化大农业粮食物流供应链管理模式、培养多层次专业人才、加强物流基础设施建设和先进技术投入、拓展增值业务、提高一体化水平等对策,为垦区制定粮食物流发展政策提供决策依据。

Heilongjiang reclamation area of grain logistics efficient operation is a key factor to speed up development of agriculture modernization. Analysis of the characteristics of modern agriculture under the background of Heilongjiang reclamation area of grain logistics, we find out the existing reclamation area of modern grain logistics management mode is too old, the lack of professionals, lack of effective integration of logistics resources integration, the low degree of the main problem; we give the modern agriculture food logistics supply chain management mode, the cultivation of multi professional talents, strengthening the logistics base construction of facilities and advanced technology input, develop value-added services, improve the level of integration and so on, offer the decision basis for the reclamation area of grain logistics development policy formulation.
