摘要 高职教育肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命,高职院学生的知识基础、能力水平相对较弱,对学习的理解、掌握程度和进度等方面也有差异,因此应明确高职教育的办学定位,探索并选择一条适应高职人才培养模式,确保高职教育的质量。我国高职教育发展较晚,目前正在从教育规模向质量内涵发展方向转型阶段,在教育质量评价与保障机制建设方面急需探索研究。 Vocational education is responsible for training high skilled personnel for production, construction, service and management needs of the first line of mission, vocational college students' knowledge foundation, ability level is relatively weak, on learning and understanding, mastering and progress are also different, therefore should be orientated clearly higher vocational education, explore and choose a adapt to the talent training mode of higher vocational education, to ensure the quality of higher vocational education. The development of vocational education in China, the stage is currently from scale to connotation of quality education development direction of transformation, in the construction of the evaluation and guarantee system of education quality in urgent need of research and exploration.
