摘要
航材管理专业紧密结合新军事变革的发展趋势,深入研究任职教育院校办学规律,正确把握岗位合格人才培养规律,树立正确的实践教学理念,准确定位实践教学目标,科学设置实践课程,大力加强条件建设,建立和完善有关管理和评价规章制度,建立起了符合任职教育特色的实践教学体系,并在实践教学过程中进行了组织实施,取得了较好的效果。
On the basis of the study of the law to run a school of post education academy and the grasp of the law to cultivate of on-duty qualification the law rightly, management of aeronautic equipments specialty builds up practical teaching theory correctly, orients practical teaching goal corrently, sets practical courses scientificly, and enhances condition construction largely. We have established practical teaching system according to post education characteristic and gained much better effect during practical teaching to implement.
