高职院校顶岗实习的教学特征研究——以物流管理专业为例

Study on Teaching Characteristics of Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the Logistics Management Major as an Example

顶岗实习是确保高职教育质量的重要组成部分,是培养和提高学生专业技能能力和职业核心能力的一种重要的教学方式。当前,我国高职院校顶岗实习由于多种因素的影响和制约,使得存在诸多的问题。根据湖南商务职业技术学院物流管理专业在开展顶岗实习过程的实际情况,分析了顶岗实习在教学活动组织、教学过程、课程内容、教学方式方法改革等方面的特征。

Practice is an important part to ensure the quality of higher vocational education, is to cultivate and one of the important teaching methods to improve students＇ professional skills and professional core ability. At present, our country＇s higher vocational colleges practice post due to the influence and restriction of various factors, so there are many problems. According to the logistics management discipline of Hunan Vocational College of Commerce in the actual development situation of post practice process, analyzes the characteristics of organization, internship teaching activities in the teaching process, curriculum content,teaching methods reform.
