低温对玉米象成虫死亡率和水分含量的影响

Effect of low-temperature on the mortality and moisture content of Sitophilus zeamais (Motschulsky)

本文在-8℃、-12℃、-16℃、-20℃低温条件下,研究了低温处理不同时间后玉米象成虫校正死亡率和水分含量的变化。研究结果表明:在相同处理温度下,试虫的校正死亡率随着处理时间的延长显著增加,虫体水分含量则明显下降。玉米象成虫在-8℃、-12℃、-16℃、-20℃低温条件下达到96.0%以上的校正死亡率所用的时间分别为8 h、110 min、50 min、27 min。

The corrected mortality and the change of moisture content of Sitophilus zeamais （Motschulsky） adults treated at low temperature of - 8 ℃, - 12 ℃, - 16 ℃, - 20 ℃ were investigated in the paper. The results show that the corrected mortality of tested insects increases, but their body water content decreases significantly with increasing treatment time at the same treatment temperature. The corrected mortality of Sitophilus zeamais （Motschulsky） adults reaches more than 96.0% at -8 ℃, -12 ℃, -16 ℃ and -20℃ after treatment of 8 h, 110 min, 50 min and 27 min, respectively.
