摘要
目的分析发挥引进人才作用的路径和实践工作中的障碍。方法以内部知识市场理论为基础建立分析框架,对知识转化和引进人才发挥作用的路径进行定性分析。结果引进人才自发推动的知识共享范围有限。通过协调者和知识管理系统实现的知识共享将推动个人知识向组织知识的转化。结论医疗机构管理者对于内部知识市场的认知尚存在一定的局限性。缺乏对于组织知识的理解和正确的激励手段是阻碍内部知识市场发展的主要障碍。
Objective To discuss the ways to give full play of introduced talents in the medical institutions and the barriers in practices. Method The. A qualitative analysis was carried out,which was followed the frame of internal knowledge market theory,to find the ways of knowledge transferring and giving full play of introduced talents. Results Spontaneous knowledge transferring driven by introduced talents was limited in terms of volume and level. Coordinator and knowledge management system were key factors that promote the transferring of internal knowledge forward. Conclusion The managers' perception of internal knowledge market is limited. Major barriers in practices are lack of awareness of organizational knowledge and correct incentives.
