摘要
通过对上海市两轮公共卫生学科带头人绩效评估指标的对比和分析,发现公共卫生学科带头人培养项目实施过程中遇到的问题,就提高培养效率提出解决方法,为上海市公共卫生服务能力的提高提供理论基础和指导。
By comparing two rounds performance evaluation system for public health discipline leader in Shanghai,we analyzed the problems in executing the public health discipline foster program,and proposed the measures to solve these problems,which will provide reference for policy makers.
