摘要
人才素质测评是现代人力资源管理与开发的重点。结合新医改背景,以"医改促教改、医改教改联动"为目标,加快口腔医学人才培养,提高教学质量,对口腔医学人才素质测评指标体系构建进行探究,最终建立适合当下教学改革目标的口腔医学人才素质测评体系,为优化口腔人才培养方案提供指导。
Talent quality assessment is the focus of modern human resource management and development.To adapt to the requirement of national health reform and speed the pace of stomatology doctor training,and improve the teaching quality,an oral medical talent quality assessment system was established,which will be a valuable try to optimize the oral training.
