摘要 目的探讨民营医院护士的工作满意度和影响因素,制定相应的管理对策以提高其工作效率和服务质量。方法采用分层随机抽样方法选取上海市7所综合性民营医院230名护士进行问卷调查,利用方差分析和统计描述的方式对所得资料进行分析。结果护士总体满意度刚好达标,其中,报酬及福利、个人成长与发展、工作条件三个维度满意度较低,而报酬及福利维度满意度最低;工作被认可、工作负荷、管理三个维度的满意度较高,工作被认可的满意度最高。结论根据其调查结果采取针对性的管理措施,可提高民营医院护士满意度,增加专业凝聚力和吸引力,减少护理人员流失。 Objective To investigate the job satisfaction degree and influence factors of nurses in the private hospital,and formulate corresponding management countermeasures to improve its work efficiency and service quality. Methods Cluster sampling was used to select 230 nurses in 7 private hospitals in Shanghai. These nurses were investigated with questionnaire,and variance and statistical methods was used to describe and analyze the data. Results The overall satisfaction degree of nurses was just standard,among them,reward and welfare,personal growth and development,work conditions of the three dimensions of satisfaction was relatively low,and reward and welfare dimensions of satisfaction was lowest; three dimensions of satisfaction as work recognized,workload,and management were the higher,work recognized was the highest satisfaction. Conclusion According to the survey results corresponding management measures can be taken to improve the nurses satisfaction and increase the cohesion and attraction to reduce the leave of nursing staff.
