摘要
采用CB-1102型光合仪对棉花在不同缺水情况下的光合日变化进行监测,通过试验数据分析得出以下结论:4种不同土壤含水率下的光合有效辐射受天空云层覆盖程度影响而与土壤含水率无关;净光合速率,蒸腾速率和气孔导度均会出现双峰值情况,并且其峰值因土壤含水率高而偏高;胞间CO2浓度呈左倾"V"状且与含水率有密切的关系。研究不同土壤含水情况下的棉花冠层叶片的光合日变化,可以提高田间水利用效率,达到高效节水的目的,对极度缺水的新疆南疆地区的棉花种植具有重要的指导意义。
This experiment adopts the CB-1102 photosynthetic apparatus to monitor the diurnal change of cotton photosynthesis under different water conditions.Through the test data analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:1cotton plant photosynthetic active radiation is affected by the degree of cloud cover and has no relation with the soil moisture content;2 curves of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance show double peaks,moreover,the relationship between the peak value and soil moisture is positively related;3intercellular CO2 concentration curve shows left-leaning"V"shape and has a close relation with soil moisture.The research on cotton canopy leaf photosynthetic diurnal variation under different soil water conditions can improve the field water use efficiency to achieve the goal of high efficiency water saving,and has important guidance for cotton planting in the southern Xinjiang,which is an extreme water-lack area.
