摘要
以变频调速变域喷洒系统和喷洒域边界方程为基础,总结了实现变域喷洒开环控制的统一方法。研制了变域喷洒单片机开环控制系统,并进行了正方形喷洒域室内喷洒试验,结果表明,单片机控制系统的开环控制效果良好,喷头射程最大误差约为5.6%,平均误差约为1.5%;采用分水针改善低压时喷头的径向水量分布,喷洒均匀度达到了0.77,符合喷灌工程技术规范的要求。
A unified open loop control method for variable range spraying is summarized based on the frequency controlled variable range spraying system and the boundary equation of the spraying field.The single-chip microcomputer(SCM)controlled open loop system is developed for variable range spraying,with which the indoor spraying test is carried out in square shape.The test shows that the SCM open loop control system performs well with the maximum spraying range error of 5.6%,and the average error of1.5%;a water injection finger is used to improve the radial water distribution at the low hydraulic pressure,and the uniformity of the test reaches 0.77,which is accorded with the requirements of sprinkler irrigation engineering and technical specification.
