摘要
依托高校"前孵化器"进行大学生创新创业能力的培养是目前创新人才培养的重要举措之一。通过调查问卷方式,对参与创新活动的398名大学生进行调查,结果发现:在大学生知觉到的高校创新团队师生关系中,具有三个重要的因素,即师生间在认知、行为和态度上的"相互卷入和积极反应"、"平等信任尊重"和"相互冲突和消极反应",结果显示问卷的信度、效度良好,师生关系状况总体良好,不同性别、生源、学业、任职情况等大学生知觉到的高校创新团队师生关系存在不同程度的显著差异,为此,应采取行之有效的对策措施,改善师生关系,以促进创新型人才培养。
Developing the graduate's ability to initiate and operate independently based on the "pre- incubator"at universities is one of the important methods of personnel training. Three hundred and ninety- eight graduates were investigated through questionnaires to reveal that there are three important factors in the teacher- student relationship of the innovative group at universities: teacher- student interaction and active reaction at the level of cognition,action and attitude,equality,trust and respect,and mutual disputes and passive reaction. The investigation shows that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are good; the teacher- student relationship is good; there is significant difference in the relationship among graduates of different genders,achievements and duties. Improving the teacher- student relationship may promote the training of innovative personnel.
