曲靖建设节能型城市的策略研究

Strategy for Constructing Energy- saving City in Qujing

节能是未来城市的主要特征之一。曲靖拥有太阳能资源丰富、经济相对发达、城市规模较小等建设节能型城市的优势。因此,曲靖可采取将节能理念融入城市规划中、建设城市节能照明系统、建设节能低碳的城市交通系统、建设节能建筑等七项措施来建设节能型城市。节能型城市的建设是一项复杂的工程,需要政府的不懈努力才能实现。

Saving energy will be one characteristic of the future city. Abundant solar energy resources,relatively advanced economy and small- size city are advantages for constructing energy- savingt city in Qujing.Seven measures have been put forward to make Qujing an energy- saving city： integrating the energy- saving concept into urban planning; developing energy- saving lighting system; making the urban transportation system both energy- saving and low carbon and constructing energy- saving building. Constructing energy- saving city is a complicated project which calls for efforts from several sessions of government.
