随着社会经济的发展和高校改革的深化,大学校园的安全管理工作面临新的考验。高校安全管理的困境在于校园园区及周边治安环境日趋复杂,新媒体传播与网络舆情管控难度加大,大学生安全教育存在盲区。高校安全管理长效机制的构建应着手于加强主流思想引领,打造健康校园文化;加大网络监管力度,培育环境保护机制;加强管理体制创新,完善政策保障机制;强化学生安全教育,健全自我管理机制。

With the social economic development and the deepening reform of university, university campus safety management work faces a new challenge. Dilemma of university safety management lies in the increasingly complex security environment around campus and its surroundings, new media communication and difficulty in network public opinion management, as well as the blind area for collage students＇safety education. Building long - term safety management mechanism in Colleges and universities should focus on strengthening the leading of mainstream thought, creating a healthy campus culture; increasing network supervision, cultivating environmental protection mechanism; strengthening the innovation of management system, perfecting the guarantee mechanism of policy; and strengthening students＇ safety education, improving serf management system.
