摘要
"双师型"教师标准提出后在学者中引起了广泛关注和讨论,目前已形成五种不同的内涵解读,细加分析,发现其优点与缺点同样明显,均未能形成一致共识。教育部门、职业院校和学者们提出的三种衡量标准实践中也有较大争议。在综合考虑的基础上,能力与素质作为最核心的要素被提出来,在动态发展的过程中,考虑到现实的操作性,进行层级划分,不失为"双师型"教师标准的发展策略。
The Standard of "double -competency teachers" has attracted wide attention and discussion among scholars, and it has formed five different connotations. Its advantages and disadvantages are obvious after a careful analysis, which resulted in the failure of forming a consensus. The three measure standards put forward by the department of education, occupation colleges and scholars is also controversial in practice. Based on comprehensive consideration, the ability and quality as the core elements are proposed in the dynamic development process, the partitions divination is the development strategy of "double -competency teachers" considering the realistic operation.
