摘要
本调研报告采用抽样调查的方法,在调研宜昌市酒店从业人员的职业核心能力、职业素质、酒店管理专业的课程设置、专业建设等问题的基础上,以统计法为主,分析了我市酒店基层员工职业能力的掌握情况、企业管理层对基层员工职业能力的要求情况、专业课程设置认同情况等,提出了重新调整定位人才培养目标、不断扩大职业资格证范围、更加科学完善课程设置、更加规范学生顶岗实习等专业对接产业实现改造升级的具体措施,并对如何科学制定人才培养方案、稳固校企合作机制等问题作了进一步思考。
This survey report adopts the method of sampling investigation to investigate the professional core ability, professional quality, hotel management specality curriculum, speeiahy construction of yiehang hotel staff with statistical method, and analyzes the professional ability of Yichang hotel staff, the requirement of enterprise administators to the professional ability of common staff, professional curriculum recognaition, etc. , and proposes some detailed countermeasures to adjust the talents training target, enlarge vocational qualifications field, improve curriculum and regulate the field work of students and others, and makes a further thinking on how to develop a talent training scheme scientifically and strengthen school -enterprise cooperation mechanism.
