收入来源结构问题是影响城乡居民收入差距的主要因素。城乡居民收入差距只是反映差距变动的总趋势,不足以描述和解析差距的实际状态。要走出城乡居民收入差距"治理无效"的怪圈,还需要了解城乡居民各部分收入对收入差距会产生什么样的影响、究竟是哪些收入变化扩大了收入差距、引起这些收入变化的原因是什么等一系列问题。这些问题都能被纳入收入来源结构分析框架并得到解释。探索江苏城乡居民收入差距的治理路径,需要对当前江苏城乡居民的收入来源进行结构分解,从"实然"和"应然"两个方面深入研究。

The structural problem of income sources is the main factor affecting the income gap between urban and rural residents. The income gap between urban and rural residents simply reflects the general trend of changes in the gap, inadequate to describe and analyze the actual state of the gap. In order to get out of ＂governance ineffectiveness＂ in treating the income gap between urban and rural residents, we need to understand the following questions： how the various parts of the income of urban and rural residents have affected the income gap ; which parts of the income changes have expanded the income gap; what causes these changes in income. These problems can be incorporated into the framework of structural analysis and receive interpretation. To explore the governance channels of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Jiangsu, we need to make a structural decomposition for the current income sources of urban and rural residents in Jiangsu and make an in-depth study from the perspectives of ＂actuality＂ and ＂necessity＂.
