This paper briefly summarizes a few stream of typical and representative project manage-ment disciplines , and introduces the framework of “5 ＋3” construction project management model . Based on “5 ＋3” construction project management model and from the angle of the contractor , it discusses the principle and method of project scheduling management , in order to provide reference to the same trade.
