摘要
简述了几种国际上具有代表性的项目管理学科体系,引入"5+3"工程项目管理模式框架。从承包商的角度,探讨了基于"5+3"工程项目管理模式框架下,项目进度管理与控制的原理和方法,供同行借鉴和参考。
This paper briefly summarizes a few stream of typical and representative project manage-ment disciplines , and introduces the framework of “5 +3” construction project management model . Based on “5 +3” construction project management model and from the angle of the contractor , it discusses the principle and method of project scheduling management , in order to provide reference to the same trade.
