摘要
头屯河流域位于暴雨多发的新疆天山北坡中段,为天山北坡经济带建设提供重要的水资源保障。该流域上的头屯河水库是一座以防洪、灌溉为主,结合城镇生活供水、工业供水等综合利用的中型水库。因此分析头屯河流域洪水特性,为保证水库安全运行和促进地区经济具有重要意义。
Toutun river basin is located in north slope of Tianshan which the rainstorm flood occurs frequently and provide water resources security for north slope of Tianshan economic belt .Toutun riv-er reservoir is a comprehensive utilization medium -sized reservoir which is mainly flood control and irrigation and combined water supply of industry and city dwellers .Therefore analysis flood character-istics of Toutun river basin has great significance for guaranteeing reservoir safety operation and pro -moting regional economic .
