摘要
针对当前高校就业指导教学模式设计简单,教学内容单一,不能充分满足学生个体差异性需求,没有与就业市场充分对接等现状,为了提高就业指导效率、促进大学生优质就业,提出高校差别化就业指导模式。通过对就业指导受众群体差别化原则和因素的分析,针对高校教育按专业划分的特点,设计了四个对应教学模块,包括普适性职业生涯规划教育、创业指导、对口专业行业内就业指导、非对口专业行业内就业指导,并以此为基础构建了高校差别化就业指导模式框架。
Without c lose interaction with the employment market, along with the fact that the design of teaching process tends to be oversimplified, careers guidance in high schools can barely really satisfy the requirement of students. Therefore the concept of individualized careers guidance was introduced to solve this problem. The article analyzed the influential factors and laid down principles on giving individualized guidance to the target audience. According to students' specialties, four modules were designed, namely guidance on general needs, guidance on business starting, guidance on employment in the specialized fields and guidance on cross-profession empl-oyment, to form a basic frame for the teaching of individualized employment guidance.
