摘要
研究了特非那定与甲基红的电荷转移反应,建立了快速测定特非那定的可见分光光度法.结果表明,电荷转移络合物的络合比为1∶1,最大吸收波长是430 nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.15×104 L·mol -1·cm -1.特非那定质量浓度在0.4~48 mg/L 范围内服从比耳定律,相关系数为0.9989.当特非那定浓度为20 mg/L 时,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.40%.本方法用于测定药物中特非那定的含量,加标回收率为97.8%和101.2%.
The charge transfer reaction between terfenadine as donor and methyl read as accep‐tor has been studied by spectrophotometric method .A rapid method for determination of terfe‐nadine was developed .The results indicated that the composition ratio was 1 ∶ 1 ,and the ap‐parent molar absorptivity of charge transfer complex was 1 .15 × 10 4 L ·mol - 1·cm - 1 at 430 nm . Beer's Law was obeyed in the range of 0 .4 - 48 mg/L of terfenadine with correlation coefficient of 0 .998 9 .The relative standard deviation was 1 .40% (n = 6) when the concentration of terfe‐nadine was 20 mg/L .The proposed method has been applied to the determination of terfena‐dine in samples with satisfactory results .The recoveries of terfenadine were 97 .8% and 101 .2% .
