不同失能老人社会支持状态的比较研究

Comparative study on the social support condition of the different disabled elders

目的:了解天津市失能老人社会支持状况及相关因素,为相关部门制定措施提升失能老人的生活质量提供依据。方法:采用肖水源社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和一般资料调查问卷对345例失能老人进行入户调查。结果:失能老人社会支持总分为(34.76±5.84)分,高于国内常模(34.56±3.73)分;所处地区、年龄、职业、居住状况、月收入、失能持续时间、现患慢性病情况是影响社会支持的主要因素。结论:不同失能老人需要不同的社会支持,相关部门需根据失能老人的实际情况给予相应的社会支持,以提升其生活质量。

Objective ：To study the social support and related factors of the different disabled elders in Tianjin in order to provide the base to the department concerned for formulating a policy to improve the life quality of them. Methods： 354 disabled elders in Tianjin were household surveyed by social support scale （SSRS） and general information investigation questionnaire. Results： The total scores of social support in disabled elders were 34.76：1：5.84, which was higher than national common mode. We found the main factors of social support including area, age, job, the living condition, monthly income, disabled time. Conclusion： Because of different need, relevant departments should pay more attention on provide different social support depending on situation of disabled elder to improve their life quality.
