This paper introduced the structure and characteristic for the oil-immersed rolled core type transformer in distribution system. For illustration, the economic benefits and loss for the one and two energy level 160 kVA silicon steel and amorphous alloy oil-immersed rolled core type transformer in distribution system was analyzed.
