摘要
结合特高压工程中钢管杆塔的设计实践,对比分析DL/T 5154—2002《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》、DL/T 5254—2010《架空输电线路钢管塔设计技术规定》以及CECS236—2008《钢结构单管通信塔技术规程》等规程对于刚性法兰设计计算的条文规定,梳理刚性法兰的计算公式,比较各公式计算结果的差异。DL/T 5254—2010与其他2个规程相比,法兰板的计算结果略大,加劲板的计算结果稍小;对DL/T 5254—2010刚性法兰计算公式中设计参数的确定提出建议。
The calculation of rigid flange is an important joint-designing job for steel tube tower.Combined with the design practice of UHV engineering,we compared the provisions of rigid flange in DL/T 5154—2002 Technical Regulation of design for tower and pole structure of overhead transmission Line,DL/T 5254—2010 Technical regulation of design for steel tubular tower structures of overhead transmission Line and CECS236—2008 Technical Specification for steel communication mono pole,compared the differences between the calculation formula and its results,we found that the fange plate result in DL/T 5254—2010is slightly larger and the the reinforced plate result is smaller comparing with the other 2procedures.At last,the suggested design parameters for the calculation formula in DL/T 5254—2010are given out.
