沿空掘巷防治煤层自然发火技术探讨

摘要 矿井火灾是煤矿的重大自然灾害之一,根据引火热源不同分为外因火灾和内因火灾。外因火灾的火焰一般在燃烧物的表面,如果能及时发现和补救,是容易熄灭的,而内因火灾比较隐蔽,经常发生在人们难以进入的采空区或煤柱内。矿井采用留窄煤柱沿空掘巷时由于周边煤体卸压,形成漏风通道,封闭不严易导致漏风,存在自燃隐患,如不及时治理会引起矿井火灾。利民煤矿通过分析发火原因,采取均压通风、注黄泥浆、喷浆封闭及注罗克休等综合防灭火技术,取得了良好的防治效果。 Mine Fire is one of the major natural disasters in coal mine,according to heat source the fire is divid-ed into external and internal fire.The flame of external fire is on the surface of things in general,it is easy to extin-guish if discovery and remedy in time.But internal fire is covert,it often occurs in goaf or coal pillar where difficult to enter.Hidden danger of spontaneous combustion exists when Gob-side entry driving with a narrow pillar if treat-ment is not timely,because of surrounding coal pressure relief,air leakage passage formation and tender sealing lead to air leakage.Limin coal mine analyzes the cause of coal combustion,adopts comprehensive fire prevention and con-trol technology such as pressure balancing ventilation,yellow slurry injection,whitewashing sealing and injecting rockshow,it achieves good control effect.
