极复杂条件下大采高工作面帮、顶治理应用技术

摘要 以淮南矿业集团潘二煤矿11223大采高工作面地质条件及开采技术条件为背景,运用深孔预裂爆破、顶板预注水泥浆、煤层注水、浅孔注高分子化学材料等技术手段,探索出一套完整的在极松软煤层、坚硬顶板、复合顶板、构造复杂条件下大采高工作面回采过程中帮、顶的治理技术,为工作面安全回采创造了条件,值得推广与应用。 Geological and mining conditions of 1 1223 working face with large mining height in Huainan Mining Group Pan'er coal mine is as the background.The technology such as deep hole presplitting blasting,preliminary in-jection of cement paste to roof,coal seam water infusion,shallow hole injection by polymer chemical materials are ap-plied.A complete set of technology is concluded that is applied for large mining height working face side and roof in the process of mining under the condition of very soft coal seam,hard roof,combined roof and complex structure.It creates conditions for working face safe mining,and has the worth of popularization and application.
